Does Predisone Intake Cause Fatigue?

Hi, I have a 65lb hound (l year old) who was prescribed 10mg of predisone for redness around her vulva area and a little on her belly. We gave her the pill at 2:30 Pm and she seems very fatigued, and a little lethargic. Do you feel it is from the medication. It was too late to call our vet. Please help.

Hello,
PREDINISOLONE can not cause this fatigue.
On the contrary it should cause more alertness.
There is some other reason for fatigue like fever etc.
