I bought a new latex mattress. I am experiencing terrible heat during the night where I am in contact with the mattress. I tried sleeping on memory foam with and without the cooling gel. I was also hot on them though not quite as bad. I am also getting somewhat hot on a regular mattress. note :I have prior always been a cold at night,sleeping with a down cover with an extra cover occasionally. Could it possibly be a side effect of a prolia shot I had in December? THe timing is there.
