Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern regarding the safety of the prescribed medications.

Telma-H (Telmisartan+Hydrochlorthiazide) and Asomex (Amlodipine) are the medications used to lower the high BP.
The symptoms of 'pins & needles' in your feet and hands could be due to low BP resulting in reduced blood supply to feet and hands.
I advise you to consult your treating physician to adjust the dose of the prescribed medications in particularly Asomex which may have to be either reduced or discontinued.

Hope this answers your query.
