Hello and welcome to HCM,
Titres of 1:80 and above for antigen H and O are suggestive of typhoid fever.
Titres below 1:80 rule out the possibility of typhoid fever.
If the titres are still high it suggests persisting typhoid infection.
Whether you are suffering from typhoid fever or not can be determined by correlating with clinical features and treatment history.
Kindly, post your complete clinical history and treatment of given any for more information.
Puffiness of eyes can occur in allergic reactions.
However, whether the puffiness is from very long time or has developed recently?
This history is required for better assessment.
Hair loss can occur in many conditions like in case of dandruff, hormonal imbalances, fungal infection etc.
You need to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
