Does Urimax Cause Dry Orgasm?

i am 36 yrs old and diagnosed with 4mm stone in left kidney. Also experiencing slight pain/discomfort in the left lower abdomen area.Doctor prescribed urimax 0.4mg for 1 months time and Stone 1 syrup BD for 3 months. For the last 2 days i experienced dry orgasm.Is it a side effect of the drug?Do i need to worry.The Doctor did not tell of any expected side effect while prescribing the medicine.

Urimax capsules contain 'tamsulosin', which an alpha1-blocker. It is used to treat symptoms of restricted urine flow caused by enlarged prostate gland in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
The most commonly reported side effects when taking Urimax capsules include: dizziness, headache, abnormal ejaculation, weakness, postural hypotension and palpitations.
Yes, its intake could result in dry orgasm and what you have experienced could be due to side effect of the drug.
There is no need to worry. Most of the times, such effects would resolve gradually and after discontinuing the drug.
