Does Urinary Tract Infection Give Sore Spots?

Hi, I was diagnosed with a UTI 2 days ago, I had had it for about 2 days before that. When i first started getting fever with the UTI a small sore spot came up near the opening...There is no discharge, just sore to wipe. The day I went to the doctor i noticed another area above the first one but it was on the outer lip. I've never had anything like this before, I'm 20 years old and had a normal pap 3 months ago. These areas don't look like blisters or have white spots in them.
