Does Vitamin D3 Supplements Have Side Effects Like Behavioral Change, And Irritation Problems?
Hello, WWW.WWWW.WW is the only place where I have ever seen "thinking problems, changes in behavior, feeling irritable" listed as possible side-effects of taking vitamin D3 supplements. I have always had this reaction all my life to any vitamin supplement, but doctors and friends think I am imagining it. I don't have this reaction to anything else, and it feels very different from ordinary stress/anxiety/unhappiness feelings, so I am pretty sure something is going on. Have you heard of this before and/or can you shed any light on it? I'm concerned because my doc says my vitamin D is low and I should take supplements; I tried and had the reaction again. Many thanks, L.
