My daughter one year and a half doesnt like to eat , she drink milk 180ml 3 times a day , she like eating sweets ... She has been like that since she was 11 month , now I was asking her doctor what to do in her case , he gave me vytalyse syrup 2 times a day 5 ml each time. I need your advice , what to do ?
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. Vitalise syrup has been prescribed by the doctor as a multivitamin with mineral supplementation. It does not stimulate appetite but helps in supplementation of essential vitamins and minerals. Kindly avoid giving her sweets as that is one of the factor why she is not liking to eat other forms of food properly. It would be better for you to give your daughter milk adequately, which she is taking and other food in the form of semi-solid or paste form, in small but frequent quantities. Slowly, you can increase the consistency to normal as well as the quantity. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
