Does A Abrasion That Dont Have Blood Transmit HIV ?

doctor please help me to answer my question doctor that tell me before she said that small abrasion that don t have blood on it can not transmit HIV is it right ? thanks you doctor so much i love this web i hope doctor know my worry and solve it .

Chances of HIV transmission are there.

If the person is in contact post Blood clot chances might be low since the part is dried up.
