Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Paracetamol is generally a safer drug for kids. It will not cause restlessness. Overdose may cause abdominal pain and vomiting. No need to worry.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajmohan, Pediatrician
