Does A Heartburn And Pain In Chest Signify Heart Attack ?

I have been having a lot of issues with heartburn . I thought it was resulting in my depression , I have most of my pain in my chest , upper back, and neck. Could it be something else?

You haven't mentioned your Age, gender, height and weight? Anyways it may be related to Gastritis, GERD or angina. Get a ECG done and get yourself examined by a Physician as soon as possible. Take Care.
