Hi,

Noted your history and suspicion about your Doctor specifically observing some part of scan with some dots.
Well first of all it is worthless to think about such a thing, the Radiologist;s opinion in writing has to be considered as final. and the Doctor can only correlate with clinical evaluation and examination.
Frequent urination can be due to urinary tract infection or stress and anxiety too can cause such a problem. This can be diagnosed by tests of urine and blood along with ultrasonography of abdomen.
If infection is present then an appropriate course of a proper antibiotic that acts on urinary as well as gastrointestinal tract helps a lot.
As for the bloating to the tune of looking 5 months pregnant can be due to the following reasons:
Gaseous distension of intestines.
Aerophagia, aerated drink.
Intestinal obstruction.
This can be seen by X-ray of abdomen in standing position and contrast enhanced CT scan with Enteroclysis.
Heartburn and acid reflux is also called as GERD that is gastroesophageal reflux disease. This can be due to lax lower esophageal sphincter aided by intestinal problems, stress and anxiety.
Upper GI endoscopy and such tests can help to know any cause along with the reports of investigations as discussed above.
A PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone can help settle this problems.
Lifestyle changes with diet adjustments can help a lot.

I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
