Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient

Bony injury to your back needs to be ruled out by X-ray of the dorsolumbar spine anteroposterior and lateral views. Swelling and redness may be due to haematoma formation. Apply ice packs locally. Start tab Zerodol SP twice a day for pain relief. Take rest on hard bed. Apply ice packs over the swelling. If X-ray is normal nothing to worry. If X-ray is abnormal. Please consult orthopedic surgeon nearby your area with report.

Take Care!
