Does A Pancreatic Stone Cause Fever Along With Fatigue And High Blood Sugar Levels?

My father is in hospital with fever on and off for 8 days. Some sort of infection. C.t Scan showed a stone in pancreas. Also possible duodenitis of small intestine. Could this be cause of fever ,fatigue ,and also make his sugar spike at times ? Thanx nate
