Does A Surgery Help Anal Fissure?

Sir am suffering with fissures there is no blood in stools am using medicines for free motions it is effecting 2 months for one time when it is effecting there is lot of pain ..if am going do surgery again it will come or not..please give me suggetion

Hello, my name is Dr Olgeta Xhufka. I understand your concern. Surgery is recommanded for cronic fissures that don't heal by medication. Cronic fissures are those that last more than 6weeks . When other medical treatments don't work we use surgery that is in most of cases the definitive treatment and leads in complete healing within 8 weeks.
