Does Abdominal Pain During Move, Cough Or Breathe Without Frequent Vomiting Indicate Urinary Tract Infection?
I am 19, 5'6", 138 lbs, and I do not have any major medical history.
I am suffering from constant abdominal pains that flair up when I move, cough, or breathe. I threw up only one time, that was yesterday after I ate. I have not ate since. my urine was dark orange today. This is the third or fourth time I've had this occur, do I have a UTI?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As per my surgical experience, recurrent UTI with such pain suggest possible calculus in the urinary system.
Though primary relief with plenty of liquids, analgesic, antibiotic can be obtained; I recommend to take an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis for the final diagnosis and management guidelines.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
