Does Alcohol Affect Muscle Growth?

hi , Can u please suggest me the best food for my body. My weight - 92 kg Height: 6.1 inch Now i have joined a gym for regular exercise and i have also done in my previous years. So, this time i want to go with whey protein for heavy body building. But i drink alcohol just 2 pegs in a juice on daily evening. So, Is it can any harm to my body or exercise?

Yes Alcohol is bad for your overall health. It leads to Cirrhosis of live (#1cause of cirrhosis )
ur liver is gone, all is gone. So gradually quit alcohol. Its bad for the whole body.
