This medication may cause shakiness of arms and legs, muscle weakness, dizziness etc. Coscopin syrup is a combination medicine that contains ammonium chloride, noscapine, sodium citrate etc., is used in the treatment of dry cough. But like other medications this medication has some side effects of its own. It also may cause shakiness or tremors of arms and legs, muscle spasms etc. So, both Ambrodil-S and Coscopin syrup may cause shakiness of arms or legs. These medications induced side effects are mild as well as self limiting and usually go away over time.
