Does An Asprin A Day Prevent Cancer?

Iv heard that taking an asprin a day is good for you and helps in the prevention of cancer? I am slightly anemic and i have recently been given pyridoxine to help with my pmt? It has not helped as yet, i understand it has something to do with your red blood cells? Is ok and safe for me to take asprin daily and will it be good for me? I have put my body through hell the last few years and i want to do what i can to repare some of the damage iv done, im only 33 and am a mum of two so id like to be as healthy as i can.

Aspirin a day PREVENT CANCER ???
There is no any scientific proof that aspirin prevent CANCER formation.
However this is a relatively very safe and useful drug for prophylaxis of ISCHAEMIC attack or heart attack.
Aspirin is an anticoagulant and it prevent formation of clot or thrombus , that's why help in prevention of heart attack .
As far as known to me no role in prevention of cancer.
You are anemic , so don't use this drug as it will further aggravate the condition.
All these are myths.
If you want any medicine , consult a qualified doctor and get his prescription.
