Does Anal Intercourse Cause Bowel And Sphincter Risks?

Dear Doctor:
I have a question which I'm looking for a scientific response for that:
In case of anal sexual intercourse, is there any risk for the bowel or sphincter for female partner?


If yes, are there any approaches to eliminate that risk and have a confident and risk free anal sex? for example using condom or lubricants may benefit or not?

It may be risk but when you are performing every time with so much pressure than otherwise very minor risk.
There is no natural lubrication in anal like vagina so it is advisable to use lubricant or jelly or oil, will helpful to both of you.
Condom is always helpful, because they are pre-lubricated and also helps you to prevent from certain types of sexually transmitted diseases.
But please remember, In India anal sex is punishable offense.
