hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum. When placenta is anterior and covering internal os ,this condition is called placenta previa. It means placenta has covered the normal rout from where baby is expected to come ,so baby will not get the natural way to come out at the time of delivery,In this condition cesarean section is only done.No other option.as such no other complication can occur,be in regular consult with your doctor.good luck.
