Does Antidepressant Cycymbalta Cure Or Subsided Temporarily Nerve Pain?

Antidepressant cycymbalta used for stop nerve pain, but can not cure nerve pain. Is it right? If I start to take it , is that meaning that I am going to take it in the rest of my life as I assume it is only cover the pain not cure the pain. If I stp , pain will come again. Is it right?

antidepressants donot cure the condition.but it reduces pain during which the neuropathic pain get corrected its own....most of the neuropathic pains are usually chronic, except following trauma(which usually cures faster)..so if you have contineuos disabling pain, you have to take it for long..or if it is mild pain only, take them only when necessary...and depending on the cause, try to get cure.for eg,diabetic neuropathy can usually be corrected with treatment.and neuropathy due to vitamine deficiency also can be corrected with treatment.
hope you find this information useful.thank you.
