Does Anxiety Cause Cold Hands,dizziness,headache And Fatigue?

My husband is deployed so i don't know whether I have anxiety or if I'm sick. Recently during my period I get really cold hands and feet, dizzy, headache, weak, and very fatigue, my eyes feel heavy when I'm not actually tired. I read about anemia and anxiety and can't quite distinguish the two.

Tingling sensation, dizziness, headache and weakness could be possible in anxiety as well as anemia. In that case, you should first get your blood test done and if it come normal, then you should consult a psychiatrist for anxiety disorder. You can also try some relaxation exercise.
