Does Backward Bending Of Body Cause Damage To Bones In A Child?

hi dr. how r u? im a first time mom of a 3&1/2 month old pretty baby girl... i just want to ask abt. my baby's back. i was carrying her and suddenly she bent her body backward and i heard a click sound! im worried if there is any bones that damage? or her spinal cord? pls. help me to clear my mind of any worries! tnx a lot
