Virginity is only lost through penetrative sexual intercourse that breaks the hymen.
Bedwetting after
masturbation or during fertile days does not mean you have lost your virginity. It is indicative that you are suffering from bladder sensitivity,
pelvic floor relaxation, and it can be due to hormonal changes during your cycle.
Do pelvic floor strengthening exercises, Kegel exercises. Tighten the muscles used to stop urine mid-flow, hold for 5 seconds, relax for 5 seconds. It will be helpful to reduce bedwetting. Repeat 10–15 times, 2–3 times daily. It will reduce leakage after masturbation or hormonal changes. Go to toilet before sleep.
Do not drink too much water after 1pm. Avoid caffeine or alcohol. Maintain a healthy weight. Obesity or being
overweight will put extra pressure on the bladder and causes bedwetting. Include fiber in your diet so that you are not constipated.
Constipation triggers bedwetting. Pelvic
physiotherapy is helpful. Get connected to a physiotherapist.
If it continues, get clinically examined by a urologist/gynecologist to check for
