Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your pain is most likely due to arthrosis. For such condition I treat with muscle relaxants like cyclobenzaprine NSAIDs like aceclofenac or opioids and neurotropics. I also send them to physiotherapy and muscle strengthening exercises along with this. If there is no improvement then you can go for surgical correction. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
