Does Biotimik, Folifast Medical Hair Tincture Helps For Hair Growth/reduce Dandruff?

Hello Doctor,
I am 23 years old girl.i am suffering from dandruff and hair fall.The hair is lossing from font side and now it look like bald. i have consulted a skin specialist(DHA,DVD).i have taken the blood test to check thyroid and ANA.there is no problem in blood test.the medicine prescribed for me is BIOTIMIK and and foli fast medicinal hair tincture.Is this helpful for hair growth and reduce dandruff?but i can't see any reduction in dandruff.

I really appreciate your concern for this, if you are getting any result with this treatments then in my opinion better to try something else, if this is the really dandruff then I would treat you if you would be my patient and ever come with this complaint,
1) Povidone shampoo ( Apply this shampoo at least 40 minuets before taking bath)
2) do not use hair dryer
