Does Blood During Sex And Delayed Periods Mean Pregnancy ?
my g.f was supposed to have her periods on 4th janury, we had sex on 18th janury , i don't used condom, during sex there was blood came out. on 22th janury we tested with home pregnancy test and got negative result . Now today is 12th janury , she haven't had her periods .
Home pregnancy tests can detect pregnancy by day 11 to 14 after conception. They detect the HCG hormone. The level of this hormone increase as pregnancy progresses.
IF the test was done at the appropriate time, then it is likely accurate. If it was done too early then you may need to consider repeating it.
In terms of the period delay, there are other causes other than pregnancy such as emotional or physical stress or illness, inadequate diet, abnormal levels of thyroid or prolactin hormone, excess physical activity.
IF the repeat test is negative then she can consider visiting her doctor for an assessment.
I hope this helps
