Does Breast Tenderness And Darkening Of Areolas Indicate Pregnancy?

I have nexplanon. I have been have mucus discharge, no period, breast tenderness, darkening of areolas, and think in I m feeling a little abdominal movement here and there. I am also on quite a few medications. Could I be pregnant and what medications could make this type of birth control not as effective?
