Does Bruising And Tenderness On Abdomen Require Immediate Medical Attention?

Hi sorry to bother you but I'm due an ultrasound on my abdomen and pelvis on Tuesday due to a distended abdomen which is tender and I can feel a small hole under the skin right lower abdomen,I'm finding it difficult to do anything due to being so uncomfortable but have noticed two smallest purple bruises appearing where it is most tender,do you think it advisable to go to local a&e department or wait until Tuesday?? Hi. This looks to be a hernia with an obstruction and what you need is to go for urgent care for X-ray of the abdomen in STANDING position to see the intestinal obstruction. Sonography too is needed. If there is an obstructed bowel in the hernia you need an urgent surgery,
