Does Caffeine Sensitivity Cause Dizziness?

I drink coffee from starbucks and I am fine. But whenever I make it at home, I get dizzy after 8 oz and vertigo. I thought maybe I was drinking it on an empty stomach so even after trying to eat breakfast before hand, i still experience the same symptoms. Do I have a caffeine sensitivity?
