Does Change Of Diet And Exercise Cause Abdominal Pain?

Hi,For the past couple of days ive been having bowel movements that look like minced meat. Its not red, and i get a slight dull pain in my right abdomen sometimes after. Ive recently changed my diet to eating more fresh fruit and vegetables, from eating high sugary and fatty foods, and ive begun to exercise more. Could this be the reason why?

Inclusion of fibre in the diet definitely causes changes in bowel habits. Sudden increase in fibre in your diet also causes abdominal discomfort. Make sure you add fibre gradually to your diet and do not have too much fibre when your body is not used to, which may cause abdominal pain due to gas formation. Make changes in your diet but slowly. Remember to include plenty of fluids along with fibre rich foods like fruits and vegetables as fibre without enough fluids in the diet causes hard stools which are difficult to pass.
