Does Constant Leaning Damage Nerves Or Parts Of Body?

Does constant leaning against a bar at work (upper thighs) damage nerves or parts of body?
I was diagnosed with bursitis ,arthritis and sciatic back problems.it hurts bad to stand up,other times it helps to walk around.i stand all day at work and can't walk very good.what is your opinion?

Some types of work can exacerbate symptoms but it is would be difficult to demonstrate without any doubt that your symptoms and problems are related to this type of work as people in many different occupations can develop problems very similar to yours.
