Does Constipation Indicate Colon Problem?

For the past 2 years I have had constipation problems and whenever I try to have a bm it is extremely painful and it always clogs the toilet, does that mean I have a colon problem?

Poor diet and an inactive lifestyle are the most common causes of constipation.

A lack of exercise and eating too much fast food can influence badly on your digestive health.

I recommend you to drink liquids and eat fiber-rich diet.

I also recommend to use Laxative if necessary.
