The sudden hormonal changes usually causes some irregularities in the cycle.You may get some pain,low back ache,heavy bleeding etc.In most people,these side effects settle down within 2-3 cycles.I would suggest that you wait and watch for some time.Even after 3 months if you are not better,then you need to see your doctor.
