my uncle age is 40 year old his creatinine is 1.7 and B.Urea is 46.7 HB 8.5 so the some doctor says to the first stage demage of kidney condition plz gime the amswer.

Dear,
Yes your uncle is having first stage of renal failure and if adequate precautions are not taken, he shall fast progress to full blown renal failure.
You sholud get is USG KUB done and rule out any obstructive cause.
If is hypertensive or diabetic then either of conditions need to be treated very well.
Cut down on his protein and see a nephrologist for further attention. it is very important; a stitch in time shall certainly save nine

Hi,
Reports are suggestive of some kidney problem,but nothing to worry.
Observe following,
Keep blood pressure under control,if it is there.
Keep diabetes under strict control if there.
Take less salt and less protein,less non veg,
no alcohol,no smoking.
Repeat tests after three months.
ok and bye.
