Does Daily Intake Of Synthyroid Increases The Thyroid Antibody Level?

I have been hypothyroid since birth and have been taking synthroid since I was 11 and I am 29 now, I have been getting sicker and sicker over the past few months and they found a thyroid antibody level of 515, what could this be and what could be sone if I already take 125mcg of synthroid daily

Dear user, thyroid antibody levels are not affected by synthroid. we do not treat antibody levels. we treat thyroid dysfunctioning. so you must tell me your thyroid profile. also you said, you were hypothyroid since birth, then why did you start the treatment after age 11 years?. dose adjustment can be suggested only if i know the thyroid profile. what do you exactly feel by saying you are getting sicker every day. what other investigations did you do? sorry but to answer your query i need to know all these. regards!
