Does Delayed Menstruation, Cramps And Nausea Indicate Pregnancy?
I m exactly a week late on my period, this is not normal and I m having cramps in my lower left stomach. They come and go and randomly they get intense for like 10 seconds. They feel like as if menstrual cramps. I get tired easily as if I don t have as much energy anymore, and a lot of random nausea. Could this be pregnancy or something to do with my ovaries ?

Hello madam,I understand your concern.your symptoms like missed period,nausea may suggest pregnancy but we can only confirm after during a urine test for pregnancy.mostly it will be positive by now.cramps may be due to simple muscle cramps or sometimes in abnormal pregnancy like abortion also pain abdomen may be there.if the urine test is negative or positive consult a gynae and get apt treatment.
