Hi,

No, not at all. Dettol is antiseptic liquid and used to improve body hygiene by taking bath with dettol containing water. It should not be applied on psoriatic lesions as it might worsen the condition. There are good remedies for psoriasis. You consult dermatologist and have treatment. Acitretin, methotraxate and other drugs are used by dermatologist. Steroid, calcipotriol and other local cream may be used to apply on the lesions. So, i advise you to consult dermatologist and have proper treatment.

Thanks.
