Does Dilation For The Third Time Mean Due For Labor?
Hi I m 39 weeks pregnant with my first baby and every time my baby moves down or moves harsh she hurts all my bottom as well it s been two days now that my lower back hurts and I am dilated 3 already also some mucous with blood has been coming out. What does this mean I m a going to go into labor soon or what s going on?

Thanks.. At 39 weeks, the babies head might have gone deep into the pelvis. Moreover all the pelvic muscles relaxation occurs which might be cause for the bottom pain. Cervix become soft and mucus plug along with some bloody discharge (show) indicates that there is greater chance of onset of labour pain soon.. Good luck and have a healthy baby soon..
