Does Diverticulosis Cause Abdominal Pain?

I have diverticulosis and this morning I was having bowel cramps for about 3 hours. I felt better after 11 am and have been eating lightly but in the last hour I am having pains around my belly. Is this diverticulitis? I just had another bm - soft but no signs of blood.

Blood is not a permanent sign of diverticulitis. Anywhere I'd like to suggest plenty of liquids to have "free" bowel movements and monitoring your pain and your temperature. If there is a change an antibiotic could be worthy.
