Does Doubling This Dosage Of Metformin And Glimepiride Cause Side Effects?

I think I may have taken a double dose of my pm medications. My usual perscription is Metformin 1000mg and Glimepiride 4mg 2x a day. I went to take my pm meds and after I swallowed the pills it felt like I may have taken them earlier (I got distracted from my usual routine). What should I look out for? Should I try to vomit to expel the contents of my stomach?
