Does Drinking Milk After Alcohol Have A Bad Effect?

i am 55 yrs old male,i donot have any major health problem rightnow but sometimes have a high bp,i intake alcohol on a daily basis,i want to know that does drinking milk after alcohol have a bad effect?

Actually here is no harm to take milk & alcohal together. But only alcohol itself cause increase bp. So avoid alcohal if possible.

At 55 yrs every person becomes prone to diseases like high BP;blood sugar;heart diseases so if you are healthy right now by grace of God it is better to take care of your health and try to avoid alcohol and at least don't take it daily.Keep monitoring your BP to see if it is high and if it is high continuously then you will need to take medicines.To take alcohol and milk together ;milk delays the absorption of alcohol but there is no benefit if you take together.
