Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Bleeding or scanty blood flow 14 days earlier from the expected period date is most likely due to implantation bleeding, which is due to the pregnancy.
However, it can be confirmed only once she misses her next expected periods, and a urine pregnancy test is positive.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
