Does Eating Non Vegetarian Have Any Effect On Dog Bite?

Hi healthcare magic, My son aged 7has been bitten by dog. Here is taking regular injection. Is there any food diet need to he followed? As per the information I got from my colleagues, they are advising not to take non-vegetarian for 3 months!!! Is it true not to have non-vegetarian for 3 months? Please advise..... Thanks in advance

Continue injections and complete the course under guidance of your doctor.
Mostly injections are advised on 0,3,7,14 and on 28th day of dog bite.
There is no any diet restriction and even no any specific diet is advised.
Just take care of dog bite wound.
Cleaning and dressing is requires properly.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
Ask your treating doctor for any confusion.
