I understand that you are worried whether release of sexual fluids or semen during romance will have any bad effects on health. Well, the answer is that it does not have any bad effects on health.

Release of sexual fluids is normal whenever a person gets sexually aroused and it is nothing abnormal. However, I would caustion you that if there is physical contact and possible exchange of sexual fluids, then there is a chance of pregnancy or contracting sexually transmitted infections.
