Does Ejaculation Elevate Interstitial Cystitis Inflammation?

I am suspected of having IC (Interstitial Cystitis) due to intermittent blood in my urine, intermittent burning sensation when peeing, and sometimes urgency to pee; but, I have no infection. I am scheduled to have a cystoscopy done next Wednesday. However, when I ejaculate it seems to cause a blood flake to come up when I pee afterwards. Does ejaculation cause the inflammation to get more aggravated?

Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query in details .

* The ejaculation tends to contract seminal vesicles and ejaculatory ducts
adding up discomfort at the bladder base in prostate fossa part , it does
not elevate inflammation , but problem does rise .

Hope this clears your doubt .
Wishing you fine recovery .

Welcome for any further assistance .
Regards take care .
