Does Excessive Masturbation Cause Sexual Problems?

Actually i does masturbate every day from last 8 years,, previously i have masturbate maximum 6 times in a day. but now i am unable to do 3 or 4 times in a day,
So will these types of issue can create some issue in sexual life after the marriage. or will it affect on health or mind.

Masturbation has no organic consequences per se. Actually, masturbation is a response to the body's sexual desire which is secondary sexual characteristic.
However, masturbation can cause some problems such as promoting infections, bruises, and most importantly, persistent masturbation adversely affects the mind set with respect to sexual satisfaction.
The long term effect becomes difficulty in gaining satisfaction during sex or satisfying your partner etc. Also, prolong masturbation can lead to fixation in which case, the individual is more or less permanently inside the room, or constantly touching the penis or vagina even in public in a conscious or unconscious manner.
To stop, a strong will is needed, more so romantic scenes, pornographic novels, films etc. have to be avoided as well as avoiding to be in a room alone.
