Does Excessive Sleepiness Due To Sinemet Intake Subside Over Time?
Does sleepiness with Sinemet subside over time? My mom just started taking it and she sleeps all day. I am afraid to stop giving it to her but I want to give her some time to be awake and not so sleepy. She is taking it for a muscle spasm due to Corticobasal Degeneration, not PD but this is a medicine that they try with this condition. Thank you.

Anyway, if her situation does not improve in the next days, I recommend stopping taking it, because in most of the cases with cortico-basal degeneration, it does not improve the situation.
