Does Facial And Eye Swelling, Teeth Pain, Spitting Blood Need Medical Attention?

I was in a car wreck Friday night and banged up my face a little bit. I didn`t think it was anything serious and didn`t go to the hospital, but my eye and right side of my face is swelled up a little bit and my top teeth on that side hurt and tingle. When I touch my cheek right below my eye it sends a really sharp pain through my front teeth. I have been spitting hockers that have blood in them. Does this sound like something that will go away on its own or do I need to go to a hospital?
